A powerhouse producer and visionary entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience at the highest levels of the entertainment industry. Beatriz built her career working alongside some of the most recognized names in media, including TV Globo, Disney, SBT, TV Record, and other leading production companies across Brazil and internationally.

Her expertise spans the full spectrum of content creation — from project development and creative strategy to event production and global content distribution. Under her leadership, 7SetA+ Productions has become synonymous with excellence, innovation, and results-driven storytelling.

Beyond the lens, Beatriz is a passionate mentor and community builder, dedicated to empowering the next generation of content creators and fostering meaningful connections across the industry through curated events and initiatives.

Marcio Janeiro

Co-Founder & Technical Director

A master craftsman of the moving image with decades of experience at TV Globo, the largest broadcaster in Latin America. Marcio played a key role in some of the most iconic productions in television history — from the legendary Rock in Rio concerts and Big Brother Brasil to beloved soap operas and high-rating entertainment shows watched by tens of millions.

His deep expertise in cinematography, editing, post-production, and live broadcast technology makes him one of the most versatile and accomplished technical directors in the industry. Margaret Rocha

Director

A multifaceted creative force with a formal background in performing arts and extensive training in directing, acting, and film production for both cinema and television.
